We do not guarantee the exact appearance of livestock due to natural variance.
Product descriptions and prices are subject to change without notice.
We reserve the right to limit or cancel quantities and services.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing and account information.
We reserve the right to cancel orders suspected of being placed by resellers or fraudulently.
We offer an “Arrive Alive Guarantee” for all corals.
All guarantee claims are subject to our discretion and conditions.
No refunds or returns on livestock. Credit may be issued per policy.
FedEx delays due to weather/mechanical failure may void our guarantee.
Orders can be held for up to 2 weeks upon request.
Shipping outside the U.S. voids the guarantee.
All Live Sale orders are final. No refunds or exchanges.
Rewards points may not be redeemed during live sales.
Shipping must be paid on Live Sale orders unless otherwise stated.
Customers are responsible for properly quarantining fish purchased through our Site.
Dream World Corals is not liable for tank or livestock damage due to failure to quarantine.
All content on this Site (text, images, logos) is the property of Dream World Corals or its licensors and may not be used without permission.
Comments, reviews, or suggestions submitted become our property.
We reserve the right to remove any content we find inappropriate.
You agree not to use the Site or its content:
For unlawful purposes;
To infringe upon our intellectual property;
To submit false or misleading information;
To transmit malware or harmful code;
To collect personal data without consent.
Services and products are provided “as is” and “as available.”
We do not warrant uninterrupted, error-free service.
