Live Arrival Guarantee (72 Hours)

We proudly offer a 72-hour Live Arrival Guarantee on all eligible coral purchases. This means your coral must arrive alive and remain alive for 72 hours from delivery time when all conditions are met.

To qualify, you must:

Accept the package on the first delivery attempt.

Acclimate corals properly according to our acclimation guide.

Contact us within 72 hours of delivery via email at support@dreamworldcoralsfl.com with:

Clear photos of the affected coral in original sealed bag (if DOA)

Additional photos in your tank (if mortality occurred after arrival)

Your order number and full name

Orders cancelled before shipping are eligible for:

Full store credit, valid for 12 months

Or a refund less a 20% restocking fee

Orders cancelled after shipment are non-refundable

Exclusions:

Shipping delays due to carrier errors or weather are not covered.

Improper acclimation, unsafe tank conditions, or unauthorized forwarding of packages (e.g., shipping to exporters) void the guarantee.

The guarantee does not apply to inverts or fish unless otherwise noted.

Items marked Final Sale, Outlet, or Clearance are excluded.

Resolution:

If approved, you will receive:

A store credit for the affected coral(s), valid for 12 months.

We do not issue cash refunds for livestock.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Float sealed coral bags in tank

Equalizes bag water temperature to your display tank.

3. Open Bag

Open coral bag and roll down edge

Allows air exchange and easy access for drip acclimation.

4. Start Drip

Use airline tubing to drip tank water into bag at ~2–4 drops/sec

30–60 minutes

Gradually adjusts coral to salinity, pH, and other parameters.

5. Inspect Coral

Check for pests, dead tissue, or damage

Remove any visible pests or debris before dipping.

6. Coral Dip

Dip coral in coral-safe solution (e.g., Bayer, Revive) per product instructions

5–15 minutes

Kills pests like flatworms, nudibranchs, and eggs. Rinse with clean saltwater before placing.

7. Placement

Position coral in lower light/flow area first

3–7 days

Allows the coral to adjust before moving to final position.

8. Gradual Light Increase

Slowly increase lighting intensity over several days

3–10 days

Prevents bleaching from sudden light exposure.

9. Monitor

Observe coral for polyp extension, tissue health, color, and pests

Helps detect early signs of stress or tank incompatibility.

Returns on Dry Goods

We accept returns on unused, unopened dry goods within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible:

You must contact us first for authorization.

Items must be in original packaging and shipped back at your expense.

Once received and inspected:

You’ll be issued a refund to your original payment method, less shipping costs.

Opened, used, or damaged dry goods are not eligible for return.

Due to U.S. wildlife export laws, we do not ship livestock internationally.

Orders shipped outside of the U.S. or to freight forwarders void all guarantees.

Exchange Policy

We do not offer exchanges on live corals. If an issue arises and qualifies under our guarantee, store credit will be issued.
