All orders are shipped the following business day after your order is placed.
We ship Monday through Wednesday only, to minimize the risk of extended transit delays over weekends.
Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST on Wednesday will ship the following Monday.
All shipments are sent via FedEx Overnight service for fast, reliable delivery.
Tracking information will be provided via email once your order has been processed.
Flat Rate: $39.99 per order (United States only).
Free Shipping: Orders totaling $300 or more (before tax and discounts) qualify for free shipping within the United States.
Every order is professionally packed in insulated shipping containers to maintain stable temperatures during transit.
Heat packs or cold packs will be included as needed, depending on the weather and destination.
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
We strongly recommend shipping to an address where someone will be available to receive the package upon delivery.
